For over 15 years, I have been devoted to fighting for borrowers, consumers, and small businesses. With extensive experience fighting for people who have been taken advantage of, wronged or injured, I am a champion of the little guy. Focusing my litigation practice primarily on plaintiff’s rights in disputes with big corporations and banks, I have established myself as a force in the world of consumer rights litigation.

Though the regulatory system is complicated and can be difficult to navigate, there are legal tools available to get resolution.  In this increasingly complex environment, I work relentlessly to level the playing field for consumers.

A good legal case always starts with a powerful story of unfairness and wrongdoing. All it takes is a person who cares enough (or is mad enough) to reach out for help resolving an injustice. A consumer doesn’t even have to understand the legal implications of the case to get a good result.  Even if the amount of the individual loss seems small, or is intangible (i.e. – negative or inaccurate credit reporting) with careful attention and experience these cases can develop into a multi-million dollar class action settlements.

When examining or developing a case, I work one-on-one with clients.  You will be able to reach me by phone, and I will call you directly. This is how I develop a strong relationship, and demonstrate my commitment to a client’s result. I investigate the injustice through the lens of experience, and knowledge of the law, to present and argue a compelling story that gets results.

Outcome Driven – Results First

Over the years, I’ve had a high rate of success against big defendants because I am fully invested in the cases that I choose.  I generally target cases that would not be advantageous to hire an hourly attorney, and take them on contingency. I’m only paid when I win or settle successfully.

Though a contingency client does not pay for my services, the individualized service they get when working with me is gives them access to my network of specialists for the best legal services available.  Unlike the traditional firm model, I am able to go outside of my practice to secure the best specialists available from my network – at no additional cost to the client. I use my expertise to develop a case, and coordinate support such as niche trial specialists, special counsels, etc. The best result is the goal.  If it works out for client, it works out for me.

In addition my network of specialists, over the last 10 years, I’ve built relationships with some of the largest and most successful class action firms.  Through this relationship, I am able to support cases that initially would be too small for them to take on, and access their resources and support to scale a case should it become larger and require additional attorneys and other costs.
