Keck vs Bank of America

This class action lawsuit settled in July, 2009 in a settlement that paid $110 directly to 2700 class members plus attorney fees.  The case involved a Bank of America credit insurance product sold by third party telemarketers buy viagra las vegas. It alleged that their policies and practices resulted in unauthorized charges on its customers’ credit card accounts.   The claims were predicated on violations of federal law and regulation governing telemarketing. My co-counsel were Mark Chavez and Nance Becker of Chavez & Gertler.
